As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will act as the vital link between our creative teams in Serbia (Novi Sad and Niš) and our clients across Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
You will accompany digital campaigns from the initial idea to launch, coordinating internally across departments and working directly with clients to shape impactful digital experiences.
With your technical understanding, creative sensibility, and proactive mindset, you will play a key role in the quality and success of our gamified advertising campaigns.
Your mission:
- Coordinate campaign and creative briefings between Sales, Design, Frontend Development, and AdOps teams internally.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients regarding creative approvals, feedback rounds, and final delivery.
- Create reportings and ensure KPIs are tracked correctly
- Handle ad server tags, monitor campaign setup and performance
- Apply your knowledge of HTML and JavaScript to better understand tech workflows and support creative execution.
- Collaborate closely with our local design units in Serbia to ensure smooth cross-team collaboration.
What you bring with you:
- Fluent digital marketing communication in English & German, both internally and with clients.
- Passion for digital marketing design, ad tech, and interactive campaign formats.
- A solid technical understanding of digital marketing and advertising, especially related to tracking, tagging, and performance measurement.
- A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style – even under pressure.
- The desire to take ownership, evolve your skills, and help shape something meaningful.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript – or a strong willingness to learn and grow in these areas.
