About BRAME:
As we are a scaling startup, we are looking for a new team members to support our AdTech Dev. Team.
Within the Business Unit “Engagement Ads” we focus on the design, production and quality assurance of state of the art “Display- & Video Advertising Creatives” for all major media channels.
It is our goal to deliver best-in-class creatives for the world’s biggest advertisers. Thus we constantly strive for talent and improvment when it comes to our own tech-stack.
You will be part of our Ad Technology team you will be the interface between our sales team, development, external service providers and our clients & agencies and use your development skills to develop, implement and support ads, marketing technologies, analytics and web development.
Your mission:
Your role will focus on, but not only cover the following:
Development and improvement of existing dynamic advertising banners, based on internal designs, client requirements, existing templates and games for our engagement ads (based on HTML5/CSS/javascript)
With your technical expertise, you identify potential for optimization and improvement of our technologies and you contribute to enhance our workflows with your ideas (i.e. Identify patterns and create templates to reduce manual efforts)
Market observation and further training are an integral part of your role: you test, implement and check new solutions or interfaces with the goal of being on top of digital operational updates and specifications for company developments
Quality assurance, testing and troubleshooting of Brame campaigns and advertising material on a technical level are also part of your area of responsibility
Maintain and develop interfaces to the our backend services
What you bring with you:
Strong knowledge and development experience in Javascript (especially ES6) / HTML5 / CSS
Working experience with GIT version control
Previous experiences with building applications in React or similar framework (Angular, Vue)
You are familiar with Agile development methodologies
Basic understanding of web analytics concerning ad delivery and measurement
You’re enamored by the industry, at the top of your game while continually improving your knowledge by diving deep into industry blogs and more importantly via experience
Always willing to speak up, collaborate, and advocate for your ideas
You’re a conceptual thinker, someone able to create a range of ideas and strategies for campaigns along with having total confidence in your execution and communication with clients
Always paying attention to details, small things don’t slip by
You’re a pro at communicating and collaboration
Confident in your skills and a solid team player (we’re peers here, no egos please) but also comfortable working asynchronously
