Now, we’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to support our CRO in preparing Revenue Operations to scale efficiently.

Your mission:

As a Revenue Operations Manager at BRAME, you’ll play a pivotal role in improving forecasting, uncovering growth opportunities and driving operational efficiency. Your tasks include: 

  • Revenue Reporting: Own end-to-end revenue reporting and analytics, delivering insights to drive business decisions. 

  • Revenue Tech Stack: Own the RevOps tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Zuora CPQ); ensure systems are optimized, integrated and adopted.

  • Revenue Processes: Streamline and document processes in Marketing & Sales.

  • Revenue Governance: Ensure data hygiene and process compliance across teams and lead initiatives to improve pipeline integrity, forecasting accuracy, and quota attainment.

  • Essential operational tasks: Manage essential operational tasks such as preparing and maintaining sales commission calculations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in coordination with Finance and Sales leadership.

  • Relationship Building: Collaborate with Sales Enablement to equip teams with training, playbooks, and content. Act as a strategic partner to functional leads to ensure alignment and accountability. 

What you bring with you:

  • SaaS-Sales Expertise: 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales (ideally SaaS)

  • A Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights, drive performance through metrics, and ensure data integrity across revenue functions.

  • A Hands-on mindset with a willingness to take ownership and directly implement processes, tools, and reporting - no task is too small when it drives impact.

  • Organizational talent: You have a proven ability to design and implement scalable processes, governance frameworks, and tooling that ensure operational efficiency, data reliability, and consistent execution across the revenue organization.
